Executives from Brown and Brown, Inc. and The Protectorate Group Insurance Agency, Inc. (doing business as American Adventure Insurance) have finalized the former’s acquisition of the latter’s assets.
Brown and Brown said the American Adventure team will join its team and continue to operate nationwide. American Adventure is led by Paul Bender. Bender and his team will report to Brown and Brown President Mike Neal.
“Paul is a recognized authority in enabling his dealer partners by providing best-in-class insurance products for their shared customers,” Neal said. “The American Adventure team will expand and enhance Brown and Brown’s capabilities and provide us with additional innovative solutions for our dealers across the country.”
American Adventure specializes in insurance at the dealership for all types of vehicles. The company also provides F&I products to automotive dealers and commercial insurance solutions.

Bender said he couldn’t be more excited to build the next chapter with Neal and the Brown and Brown team.
