Brown & Brown, Inc. has again been certified by Great Place to Work.

Brown & Brown’s 2025 Great Place to Work honor is the seventh consecutive year the company earned the certification. For the first time, its Canadian and United Kingdom companies have also been certified.

Brown & Brown President and CEO J. Powell Brown said the company’s U.S subsidiaries were included on the 2025 Fortune Best Workplace for Women for the fifth year.

“Our teammates are the heart of Brown & Brown,” he said. “They are the reason we are a Great Place to Work, and we are fired up that our teams in Canada and the U.K. are now part of that recognition. Being named a Best Workplace for Women shows how serious we are about building a culture where everyone feels they belong.”

Brown & Brown Chief People Officer Julie Turpin said Great Places To Work measures companies on metrics such as workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors.

“Being recognized by Great Place to Work, now on a global scale, for the seventh consecutive year speaks volumes about the talent, dedication and passion our teammates share,” Turpin said. “We are also delighted to be recognized as a Best Workplace for Women for the fifth year. This recognition reflects the intentional work we have done to ensure that every team member feels valued, supported and empowered to grow and succeed throughout their career.”

Brown & Brown said 92% of its employees this year said the company is a great place to Work. When joining the company, 95% said they are made to feel welcome.

Great Places To Work Vice President of Global Recognition Sarah Lewis-Kulin said her company’s certification is the only official recognition earned by real-time feedback from current employees.

“Great Place To Work certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” she said. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Brown & Brown stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its teammates.”

Lewis-Kulin said companies that earn the Best Workplaces for Women certification are analyzed by 605,000 women who work for Great Places To Work certified companies. Honorees were selected based on their efforts to close the experience gap and provide access and opportunity to all, regardless of gender or background.

Earlier this year, Brown & Brown was also named to Fortune’s 2025 Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance list.
