Brown & Brown Dealer Services (BBDS) promoted Tom O’Neil to national director of compliance for the Dealer Services team.
Appointing a dedicated resource to oversee BBDS compliance solutions will help to evolve its compliance training, tools and support offerings, BBDS said.
“I am eager to continue to develop the BBDS offering in the always-changing compliance landscape” O’Neil said. “We will collaborate with our dealership teams to further elevate our relationships and help them meet their compliance needs.”
In his role, Tom will continue to advance BBDS’ compliance support solutions through collaboration and by directly addressing real-world regulation and compliance issues.
According to BBDS, the company assists dealerships in educating, training and implementing needed protections while helping dealership employees understand their obligations and responsibilities.
