Beaumont RV of Beaumont, California has purchased Nevada-based RV dealership RV Masters.
The RV Masters acquisition will give Beaumont RV the dealership’s first location in Nevada.
RV Masters, in Pahrump, Nevada, is part of a two-location RV dealership founded in 2014 by Alex Ingels in Hemet, California. Ingels will retain his Hemet, California, location post-transaction.
“Alex has built a solid team in Pahrum with a strong expectation for customer service, and we look forward to integrating them into the Beaumont RV Group,” said Glenn Koverman, Beau

RV Business Solutions was the exclusive sell-side advisor to Ingels.

According to Ingels, RV Business Solutions presented him with a few prospective buyers, but Beaumont RV was the best fit for his employees.
