Campers Inn RV Chief Operating Officer Ben Hirsch will sit down Sept. 1 for a fireside chat to discuss trends in the buy-sell market.

Performance Brokerage Services Inc. Parnter Jesse Stopnitzky and Morgan Stanley Vice President Brad Stanek will lead the chat beginning at 3 p.m. ET on Sept. 1.

The interactive session will provide attendees the opportunity to seek answers to their questions regarding:

  • What is your business worth and how do you start the selling process?
  • What do buyers value most when acquiring a dealership?
  • What will be left after taxes once you sell?
  • Is now the time to maximize your life’s work?

Hirsch helped Campers Inn acquire or develop 30 locations in eight years, overseeing all of the company’s day-to-day operations. He previously served eight years in the U.S. Army, achieved the rank of captain and was a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter pilot.

Stopnitzky is a partner at the highest volume dealership brokerage firm, advising on buy-sell activity for RV and auto dealerships. Family-owned, the company has helped 700 dealerships sell with a 90% closing rate.

Stanek is a certified financial planner providing comprehensive planning to help RV dealers become financially independent. Stanek and his team work closely with dealers to build out succession and exit plans.
