Camping World Holdings has acquired Boat-N-RV Superstore, a dealership that will add two locations to the parent company’s Northeast footprint.

The sites in Hamburg, Pennsylvania, and Albany, New York, are near heavily traveled routes with many outdoor activities, Camping World stated. Both sites have been rebranded as Gander RV & Outdoors.

“This transaction is a great step for out company as we continue to rapidly expand our footprint and product offerings across the country,” the company’s CEO and Chairman Marcus Lemonis said. “We are committed to two things: locations in all 48 contiguous states and accelerating our goal of increasing market share.”

Camping World stated both acquired locations have undergone extensive expansions, including adding new and used RVs, outdoor accessories and RV products.

The company now has five locations in New York and four in Pennsylvania with the additions. Camping World stated it is seeking professional RV sales associates, technicians and retail support to assist with countrywide locations.
