Camping World is adding two members to its strategic leadership team to support the company’s stated future growth initiatives.

Elizabeth Garry will join Camping World as its VP of ecommerce, with a focus on digital retail evolution and creating a customer in-store and online experience to “support omnichannel growth.” Garry previously worked in ecommerce for Wayfair and Walmart, where she developed and expanded product categories and created multi-channel product and customer initiatives.

Jessica Wegner will take on the company’s VP of customer loyalty and membership. Wegner will oversee customer acquisition and retention, including the growth and development of Camping World’s customer segment, Good Sam.

Wegner’s previous work experience includes jobs with Discover Financial Services and Ulta Beauty, where was responsible for “growing loyalty and share of wallet” through marketing, program management, channel development and strategic partnership initiatives.

“As we continue to make the business stronger, we are always looking for talent to bring new ideas and innovation to better serve our customers,” Camping World Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis said. “The track records, depth of experience and enthusiasm about joining our company makes both Ms. Wegner and Ms. Garry ideal leaders to build on the forward momentum of Camping World and the rest of the leadership team.”
