Camping World Holdings has signed an agreement to acquire two Flagg RV dealership locations and additional land for a planned future site.

The land purchase is in Griswold, Connecticut, where a future dealership will be built. Connecticut is among 11 of the 48 contiguous states in which Camping World does not have a brick-and-mortar location.

The dealer also will purchase Flagg RV locations in Uxbridge and West Boylston, Massachusetts, with an anticipated close in April.

“Flagg RV has been a family-owned and operated business in the RV industry for over 30 years and brings a team with great passion and energy to our company,” Camping World Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis said. “We will continue the pursuit of Flagg RV’s key initiatives, which include expansion into the states of Rhode Island and Connecticut. As I have stated before, we remain committed to locations in all 48 contiguous states and accelerating our goal of increasing market share.”

Various improvements will be made at both Flagg RV locations as they transition to the Camping World brand, the company noted, with a mid-April target date. The SuperCenters will offer new and used RVs, outdoor accessories and RV products.

The company will have four Massachusetts locations upon the acquisition’s completion.
