Just over a month after announcing its last acquisition, Camping World said it is set to acquire an Indiana dealership.

Camping World will buy Edmundson RV in Edinburgh, Indiana, the company said. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024.

The acquisition will be Camping World’s fourth store in the state.

Marcus Lemonis, Camping World chairman and CEO, said, “Edmundson RV has a strong presence in Indiana and helps widen our No. 1 position in the state.”

Edmundson RV has 34 service bays and covers 18 acres of space. Camping World said the site will become its first exclusive Forest River dealership in Indiana.

“It remains our goal to increase our dealership count to over 320 locations over the next five years,” Lemonis said, “through a combination of acquisitions, new store openings and manufacturer-exclusive locations.”
