Canada-based Leisure Days RV Group is continuing a stated “aggressive expansion” by adding two dealerships located in Ontario’s Rockland and Gananoque.

Leisure Days’ acquisition of 1000 Islands RV Centre and opening Safari RV will bring its site total to 27 locations.

“We are excited to add two new locations to our group during a period of record interest and growth in the RV industry,” Leisure Days President Pat Butler said. “2020 was a record year, and we are on pace to set more records in 2021 as Canadians continue to see RVing as a safe alternative to other forms of vacation travel.”

Butler said the company has 17 dealerships in Ontario, with the new additions bringing Leisure Days within a 100-mile drive of more than 82 percent of Ontario’s 14 million residents. The company’s new locations will serve the 1000 Islands region, eastern Ontario, Gatineau and western Quebec, Butler said.

Leisure Days is headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, after getting its start as “RV Canada” in 2003. The company operates in five Canadian provinces.
