Foster & Associates entered into a definitive merger agreement with Chiswell Agencies effective Sept. 1.
The companies said the merger further strengthened Foster & Associates’ position in the Canadian OE and aftermarket RV business.
Foster & Associate’s sales team and Chiswell Agencies have more than 60 years’ combined experience, creating “a powerhouse Canadian sales organization,” the companies said.
The companies “will enhance opportunities, value and growth for the customer and our supplier partners,” they stated.
Chiswell Agencies built an energetic sales approach with customers and suppliers, the companies stated, that will continue to resonate through the organization and assist with RV aftermarket and OE market channels.
Foster & Associates said its team includes six account managers with strong “account-specific” relationships. Two account managers are bi-lingual.
Among Foster & Associates’ staff are a business analyst and a sales support manager.
The team includes five product specialists driving brand awareness and servicing the Canadian jobber and dealer network.
