U.S. Lighting Group, Inc., parent company of Cortes Campers, LLC, released its financial results for 2021 through Sept. 30.

Anthony Corpora, U.S. Lighting Group, Inc. CEO, said selling certain Intellitronix assets strengthened the company’s balance sheet and presented an opportunity to rebrand and expand operations.

“In January, we formed a new subsidiary called Cortes Campers, LLC,” Corpora said. “Cortes Campers was created to market and distribute tow behind travel campers for the rapidly growing recreational vehicle market.”

He noted the creation of Fusion X Marine, LLC in April. Fusion X Marine will sell boats and other related products to the recreational marine market.

“We continue to leverage our expertise in automotive electronics by developing new proprietary products for OEM and RV segments,” Corpora said. “We are optimistic that our recent partnership/dealer agreements with dealers in four states will provide us the opportunity to establish Cortes Campers nationally as we continue to negotiate new agreements.”

Overall net sales for the first nine months of 2021 reached $23,000, compared with $2,000 for the same period of 2020, excluding sales from discontinued Intellitronix operations of $2.5 million. The company also reported a net profit of $3.1 million, compared with a loss of $440,000 in the same period of 2020.
