The Emerging Leaders Coalition will gather in person during RVs Move America Week in June.
The coalition is gathering May 11 to launch an initiative to improve parks nationwide.
RVs Move America Week is scheduled for June 5-9, 2022, in Washington, D.C. The event draws RV industry volunteers to work over two days of committee meetings and build a strategic roadmap to help define future growth of the $114 billion dollar RV industry.
Participants gain insight on the state of the RV industry, RVIA said, on the policies of the administration, and forge relationships beneficial to future market growth.
The coalition meeting, scheduled from 10:15 a.m.-noon on June 6, will be the group’s first in-person meeting.
“The RV industry has a rich legacy of culture and unity, built over decades,” RVIA said, “and it is critical for our future success and sustainability that we maintain our collaboration towards common goals.”
Coalition members are welcome to attend the meeting to get an inside look at what the coalition is working on.
“With American interest in the outdoors being stronger than ever, and consumers flocking towards camping and RVing experiences, our impact as an industry continues to grow,” said Samantha Rocci, senior manager of government and political affairs. “It is more important than ever that the RV industry comes together to establish and grow significant personal and professional relationships that will bring fresh perspective and ambition to current and future issues facing the industry.”
