The Association of Dealership Compliance Officers (ADCO) is locking arms with Ignite Consulting Partners to promote collaborative learning at the 2024 Compliance Conference.
The partnership between the association and the legal services firm will merge franchise and independent dealers’ needs at the event.
Compliance learning will flow May 20-22 from the Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine at 2401 Bass Pro Drive, Grapevine, Texas 76051.
“We are committed to more than just disseminating knowledge,” ADCO said. “Our goal is to ensure that every participant leaves with expanded compliance information and a plan of action to take back to the dealership.”
The two curriculums will have joint classes May 20 and May 22. In these sessions, leaders will address shared “hot-button” compliance issues. Examples include safeguard expectations and the vehicle selling rule.
On May 21, separate industry tracks will be offered.
