The Association of Dealership Compliance Officers said seats remain available for its upcoming compliance seminar in Texas.
The event will be conducted May 20-22 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine at 2401 Bass Pro Drive, Grapevine, Texas 76051.
Topics covered will include the Vehicle Shopping Rule, the Federal Trade Commission’s Safeguards Rule, software and artificial intelligence compliance, government regulations and litigation updates.
Among the speakers will be keynote speaker Jean Noonan, a partner at the Hudson Cook legal firm.
This year, the association is partnering with Ignite Consulting Partners to provide two compliance paths, tailored to franchise and independent dealers’ needs.
