AMIC Global Inc., a contract manufacturer supplying parts and accessories to RV and other markets, was sold to Component Sourcing International (CSI).

AMIC, based in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, provides manufacturing, distribution and eCommerce services. AMIC Global’s primary business is supplying contract-manufactured metal components to OEM customers, and contract-manufactured supplies to leading RV industry customers.

CSI is a leader in the sourcing and distribution of engineered component parts and assemblies serving OEM’s and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. CSI is owned by private-equity firm Argosy Capital.

Sun Acquisitions brokered the deal for AMIC and generated nearly 100 interested buyers, which led to multiple bids for AMIC to its previous ownership group. Sun also provided advisory services throughout the diligence period.

“AMIC is an outstanding business built around quality products and will have a strong legacy going forward at CSI,” said Larry Sanderman, managing director of Sun Acquisitions.
