Dealers entering their winter training seasons can find on-demand education sessions through the RV Dealers Convention/Expo platform until Jan. 31.

“Based on feedback we’ve received so far, dealers are enjoying the digital setting,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia stated. “There are several elements from this year’s event that can be repeated when we return to an in-person convention, which is scheduled for November 2021 in Las Vegas.”

More than 40 training workshops, 20 Vendor Training +Plus sessions, discussion boards and virtual exhibitor booths are accessible to registered participants.

“The team took a complex live event packed with speakers and exhibitors and switched to online,” stated Debbie Brunoforte of Little Dealer, Little Prices, in Mesa, Arizona. “The end result far exceeded my expectations.”

Session topics include sales, fixed operations, F&I, digital marketing, general management issues and more.

“In these unfamiliar times, the virtual convention expo provided invaluable and actionable information to plan and forecast for next year,” stated Tim O’Brien of Circle K RV’s in Lapeer, Michigan.

The virtual convention is presented by RVDA, RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.

“The agenda was easy to follow and the ability to customize my sessions was greatly appreciated,” stated Veronica Rivera of the Florida RV Trade Association. “I did miss the ability to interact with everyone after the sessions, but all in all, it was good to see the convention came together online with ease.”
