Lightspeed, a dealer management services software owned by CDK Global, recognized five dealerships with the RV Dealership RECT (repair event cycle time) Excellence Awards on Nov. 7.
Award winners were announced at the 2023 RVDA Convention/Expo Spotlight on Excellence luncheon in Las Vegas. The awards celebrate reducing RECT and improving customer service accomplishments. The recipients were chosen based on year-over-year RECT reduction improvement.
Winners include Bish’s RV in Traverse City, Michigan; Quietwoods RV Sales & Service in Neenah, Wisconsin; Tulsa RV in Catoosa, Oklahoma; Campbell RV in Sarasota, Florida; and TAC RV in Moyock, North Carolina.
Lightspeed President Kris Denos said the recipients’ “dedication to reducing RECT time is truly inspiring, and we are proud to work with them as industry leaders. We offer sincere congratulations to the winners of the 2023 RV Dealership RECT Excellence Awards.”
In addition to enhancing customer service, Lightspeed said RECT reduces employee burnout.
