After leading his family business for 26 years, Dan Tholen takes on a new role at Derema Group. Tholen will join the sales and marketing agency’s Northeast sales team effective Feb 1.
Tholen’s responsibilities include dealer account and initiative oversight from New Jersey to eastern New York. From his experience at Lacey Marine, Tholen brings industry knowledge and client relationships to Derema.

Outside of work, Tholen hunts, fishes, boats and camps. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, two daughters and two dogs.
