To provide continued RV customer support, Dometic hired 10 new team members. The additions will support various functions including territory development management, distribution management, specialty trailer sales, sales training management, B2B e-commerce product and customer specialists.

“In order to keep pace with forthcoming initiatives, we have brought in new talent to help drive our sales goals and customer support functions,” said Michael Walsh, Dometic business director, RV Aftermarket. “These hires bring with them years of industry experience and perspective that will help us educate and cater to the needs of our stakeholders. The result is the RV Aftermarket team has never been stronger or better positioned.”

New team members are:

Charity McGuire and Jamie Williams, inside sales specialists: McGuire and Williams will engage with customers to increase product awareness, promotions and tools such as Dometic for Business. They will support strategic tasks for RV Aftermarket’s territory development managers.

Tito Salazar, David Schremser, and David Zenger, territory development managers (TDM): Salazar is TDM in the north central territory, Schremser in the west territory, and Zenger in the northwest territory. The TDM builds influential relationships with RV dealers, service providers and mobile technicians, Dometic said, to drive strategic sales, service, and end-user support goals.

Jeff Johns, distribution account manager: With over 30 years of RV industry experience and a deep understanding of dealer and distributor business models, Johns will manage regional distributor relationships.

Grant Marshall, specialty trailer sales manager: Marshall will accelerate growth and uncover new opportunities with small builders and upfitters in markets such as horse/livestock, entertainment, cargo-racing, emergency, and more. The specialty trailer sales manager will capitalize on opportunities beyond the traditional dealer customer base.

Scott Laidlaw, Sales Training Manager: Laidlaw transitioned from TDM to sales training manager, where he will work collaboratively with product management, marketing, service and sales to modernize training curriculum for internal and external audiences. Dometic said the team will strive to enhance service and the end-consumer experience, developing engaging curriculum and modern learning platforms.

Erika Engers, B2B E-commerce customer specialist: Engers will be a liaison between B2B customers and internal teams such as sales, marketing, product management and finance to ensure the Dometic for Business customer experience is seamless and issues are resolved promptly.

LaRhea Alexander-Heath, B2B E-commerce product specialist: Alexander-Heath will be a liaison between B2B customers and internal teams on a global and national scale. Alexander-Heath will work closely with product management, engineering and digital marketing to ensure the product discovery experience helps customers easily find relevant products, Dometic said.
