Dragonfly Energy Corp., a supplier of Battle Born branded batteries, will be hosting a Virtual Analyst and Investor Day at 11 a.m. EDT Aug. 5. Chardan NexTech Acquisition 2 Corp. (CNTQ) executives will participate in the event.
During the two-hour virtual event, Dragonfly and CNTQ executive team members will provide an overview of the company. The formal presentation will be followed by a live question and answer session hosted by Dragonfly and CNTQ management.
On May 15, CNTQ entered into a merger agreement with Dragonfly. The combined company is expected to be listed on the NASDAQ upon completion of the transaction, which is expected to occur in the second half of 2022.
