Aaron Young is proving you can go home again.

Young, who spent a decade with Dutchmen RV as a national sales and product manager and then a general manager, is returning to the manufacturer after a year away.

Dutchmen RV installed Young as the company’s president, effective Feb. 12. Young will take on the responsibilities Keystone RV President Jeff Runels managed since August, when the manufacturer’s leadership shuffled.

Young will lead Dutchmen’s sales organization and enhance the manufacturer’s market presence. He is additionally responsible for strengthening dealer relationships.

Runels said, “Aaron’s deep understanding of Dutchmen’s history and background, coupled with his significant contributions as general manager overseeing the Kodiak and Aspen Trail brands, uniquely positions him to lead our company forward.”

Young began his career on the production line. He worked at Coachmen RV before joining Dutchmen RV in 2013. In 2023, he obtained experience in RV dealer management.

Young said, “I am thrilled to continue my career and be home. Working with a solid team and delivering strong results for our organization and dealer partners will be our primary focus.”

Runels said under Young’s leadership, he is confident in Dutchmen’s continued growth and success.
