East to West RV received five Quality Circle Awards on Nov. 7 at the RVDA Convention in Las Vegas.
The awards were bestowed based on Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey scores of 4.25/5 or higher. The survey measures dealer’s satisfaction with reliability/quality, parts, warranty and sales.
East to West models honored were Della Terra, Silver Lake, Alta, Tandara and Ahara. East to West general managers Eric Sharp and Todd Grubb accepted the awards at the RVDA convention.
“Our goal has been to provide dealers with a quality-built product from our inception in 2017,” Sharp said. “There are many construction benefits, such as 5/8-inch tongue-and-groove plywood floor decking and 2-inch-by-3-inch interior walls, that are incorporated into each brand. These benefits, not visible to the eye, ensure the unit’s longevity and provide a customer with the best camping experience.”
