Middlebury, Indiana-based Entegra Coach (EC) held its annual Homecoming event May 17 to give owners an afternoon of “camaraderie, behind-the-scenes action and product first-looks.”
Participants gained access to live seminars to see new 2022 models and get questions answered. This year’s virtual event also offered a factory tour broadcast, vendor training resources and EC store discounts.
“It was great to unveil the 2022 Entegra diesel product offerings to our owners via the virtual EC homecoming event,” EC Product Development Director Pat Carroll said. “All five models – Reatta, Reatta XL, Aspire, Anthem and Cornerstone – received new exterior designs and paint colors along with fresh interior designs complemented by three new wood choices. We had an amazing and a very favorable response from our customers as to the innovative product direction of the 2022 Entegra Coach models.”
The event was held virtually for the second year and was the company’s most highly attended Homecoming. The event brought nearly 1,000 attendees and more than 500 registered devices.
“Folks enjoyed the virtual homecoming and thought the information was very informative,” company Director of Motorized Customer Experience Joyce Skinner said. “They particularly enjoyed the factory tour with [regional sales manager] Ted Cook and stated they hope all goes well so that we can do a live homecoming next year. Overall, I would consider it a success. I believe we packed a lot of information into a short presentation.”
EC’s Homecoming event was developed more than five years ago as a means to create an owner community. The event allows the Entegra team to meet coach owners and provide them with customer service and more.
Entegra Coach is a division of Jayco that manufactures diesel and gas motorhomes.
