Alliance RV co-founders Coley Brady and Ryan Brady were named “Entrepreneur of The Year” national award winners by Ernst & Young (EY).

The winners and finalists were announced during a celebration held at the 2022 Strategic Growth Forum. Candidates were evaluated based on “entrepreneurial spirit; company purpose, growth and impact and other core contributions and attributes,” EY said.

AJ Jordan, EY Americas “Entrepreneur of The Year” director, said the winners are a shining example of business ingenuity.

“In the face of the many challenges in today’s business landscape, this year’s national award winners were able to achieve incredible growth, shake up industry standards and provide products and services their communities needed,” Jordan said. “They embody the true spirit of entrepreneurship … grit, ambition and above all else, passion for their employees, their missions and the clients they serve.”

Alliance RV launched manufacturing in 2019 with its Paradigm luxury fifth wheel line and expanded to include Valor toy haulers and Avenue fifth wheels. This year Alliance launched a Valor travel trailer toy hauler line and in 2023 the company expects to launch its first travel trailer RV line.

Coley and Ryan Brady were executives at Heartland RV before launching Alliance.
