Grote Industries, OEM and aftermarket lighting manufacturers, hired Kristin Bridges as marketing manager. In addition to overseeing the company’s creative aspects and brand elevation plans, Bridges will take on public relations and media efforts.
She previously worked at Cummins Inc. in marketing communications, events management, website management, OEM account management, sales training and marketing project management.
“I had taken some time to catch my breath,” Bridges said. “When a recruiter called about this job at Grote, I was very excited.”
Starting at Cummins in 1987, Bridges said she got a lot of experience with aftermarket suppliers. “I am getting a lot of experience where I did not have experience, in retail for instance,” Bridges said.
