The Keller Marine & RV annual accessory show opens today, but kicked off Sunday night with an award presentation.
During the vendor meeting Sunday evening, Mike Keller handed out the company’s annual Most Aggressive Sales Rep award from the 2024 event. The RV award went to Blue Ox owner Mike Hesse and the company’s sales team.
“There is no doubt that this award is going to motivate every one of the vendors out here,” Hesse said. “They are all going to want to win this award next year.”
Hesse said the hitch and towing accessories supplier has taken part in Keller’s distribution show for many years, but last year was the first time he and his wife, Paula, attended.
Hesse said with the couple’s children all in college now, it has become easier for he and his wife to attend the show. He credited his sales team’s work, led by Vice President of Sales Alex Walker, with Blue Ox’s success in previous years.
“We are really looking forward to a great show,” Hesse said. “Mike and the Keller team always put on an amazing event. You know, I want to be back up here winning this award again next year.”
The Derema Group won the sales award on the marine side.
