EXCLUSIVE: RVDA of Canada Presents Marketing Webinar

RVDA of Canada will host a multi-part business brand awareness webinar series with Alchemy Communications. The introductory webinar will take place at noon ET April 20.

Additional topics will be offered every two weeks starting in September, said Anita Lien, RVDA of Canada marketing and communications director. This is a new partnership for the organization.

The series will focus on building brand awareness around communication and engagement. The communications piece is key, Lien said.

“Often, businesses lose their focus on what the brand stands for in the sales process,” Lien said. “We want to highlight that it is important to have communication plans in place that are tailored to the operation. Business leaders need to become thought leaders. By that we mean business leaders that strive to share their experience and expertise authentically with others. Such thought leaders will help their employees be more successful and ultimately deliver a positive customer experience.”

On April 20, Drew Scherban, a communications professional and Alchemy team member since January 2020, will help participants formulate a plan to improve business communication and engagement in a segment called “Learn Practical Strategies to Help Your Business Stand Out and Succeed.”

He will present and examine the future webinar topics:

  •  “Top Ways You Can Set Yourself Apart from Your Competitors and Build Brand Awareness” will provide insights and strategies for businesses to differentiate themselves from their competitors and increase brand awareness.
  • “Become a Thought Leader: Easy Ways to Increase Your Brand Awareness by Leveraging Your Expertise on Social Media” will offer practical tips for businesses to showcase their social media platform expertise and become thought leaders in their market area.
  • “Top Five Things Your Website Must Have to Increase Sales and Inquiries” will cover essential website features for maximizing sales and inquiries
  • “Why You Need a Crisis Communications Plan” will highlight why having a crisis communications plan is important to handle situations from heated customer exchanges to negative press. This seminar will provide practical guidance for creating an effective plan.
  • “Making it with the Media: How to Leverage Earned Media to Reach Your Sales Targets and Goals” will provide insights and strategies for businesses to leverage earned media to reach their sales targets and goals.
