Expert Discusses Overcoming Objections

US Compliance Academy Executive Instructor Charles Campbell will lead a workshop on overcoming objections to ancillary products during the RVDA Convention/Expo.

The Convention/Expo will take place from Nov. 6-10 at Paris Las Vegas.

Campbell’s workshop, titled “Overcoming Objections and Presentation Examples and Illustrations of Ancillary Products,” will be from 1:15-2:15 p.m. Nov. 7.

In the session, Campbell will teach attendees how to increase profits from ancillary product sales. The workshop will discuss how to effectively respond to the most common objections F&I and sales professionals encounter while ensuring compliance and ethics mandates are adhered to.

Campbell has over 35 years of experience in the industry, ranging from F&I manager and F&I director to general manager. He is a nationally recognized authority in areas of F&I education and federal rules, laws and regulations that relate to everyday dealership operations.

In his workshop, attendees will learn:

  • How to overcome the most common objections by consumers to secure the protections offered with the dealership’s ancillary products.
  • How to conduct effective and professional ancillary product presentations
  • How to consistently incorporate compliance and ethics mandates into ancillary product presentations and sales
