Relentless Dealer Services (RDS) will hold its next RDS F&I MasterClass, a comprehensive finance training session, at the Heathman Lodge in Vancouver, Washington, March 21-23.
According to RDS Lead Instructor Dom Zappia, the modern F&I process requires a higher expertise level. RDS wants to help RV industry members sharpen their skills, Zappia said.
“From product knowledge to learning how to handle the hardest deals in F&I, this course will leave no stone unturned,” Zappia said. “This MasterClass will help participants by providing lender strategies, tools for objection handling, explanation of how to read credit bureaus, and much more.”
The RDS F&I MasterClass includes quizzes, situational role-play and tools that help sharpen F&I skills, RDS said.
