Butler, Indiana, Mayor Mike Hartman said Forest River secured an agreement to acquire 72 acres of land on the west side of South Broadway, The Butler Bulletin reported last week.

Forest River officials declined to comment to the paper, but Hartman said the project is a “multi-million dollar” investment with four to five buildings that, when finished, could result in the creation of up to 500 jobs.

Forest River operates an XLR toy hauler facility in the city, located 90 minutes east of Elkhart, Indiana.
