Forest River, Inc. was honored with Lightspeed’s 2025 RV Innovator of the Year Award.

Forest River said the award reflects the company’s leadership in advancing integrated technology across the RV industry.

Lightspeed Associate Director of OEM Business Development Jeremy Johnson said the award celebrates OEMs that demonstrate forward-thinking innovation, deep collaboration with dealers and partners and a commitment to improving the RV ownership experience.

“Forest River has gone all-in on using technology to make life easier for RV dealers, and that is exactly what the Lightspeed RV Innovator of the Year Award is meant to celebrate,” Johnson said. “No other RV manufacturer launched more Lightspeed integrations in 2025. From VIN decoding and warranty flat rates to recalls, price files and the new Forest River Major Unit Import integration, they have consistently pushed for connected, dealer-friendly solutions. Forest River is not just leading in volume—they are leading in how innovation shows up every day at the dealership level.”

Forest River Director of Business Intelligence James Gingerich said the award signifies technical progress and a cultural shift, driving the company to eliminate outdated manual processes.

“We knew that if we wanted to be the best partner for our dealers, our systems needed to speak the same language as theirs,” Gingerich said. “This award really comes from working side by side with our partners to build solutions that make the dealer experience feel more tailored and connected. Seeing these integrations come to life and hearing how much time and frustration they are saving has been very rewarding.”

Forest River said the award recognizes a turning point in how the company approaches technology, data and process improvements.

The award was presented during the Spotlight on Excellence Luncheon at the RVDA Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.
