RV owners in southwest Florida will have a new option for storage in 2021.
Pine Ridge RV & Boat Storage is being built in southwest Fort Myers, Florida, and will offer easy access to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach.
“Sales of RVs and boats have soared since the pandemic began, but now all of these owners need a safe place to store them,” Pine Ridge RV & Boat Storage President Butch Felts stated. “Higher-end RVs and boats can easily top six figures, so finding a secure and convenient storage facility is critically important to protect those valuable assets.”
Pine Ridge RV & Boat Storage will feature 127 universal rental units that can accommodate RVs or boats in 30-, 40- and 50-foot bays. All units will have a 14-foot height clearance and shaded overhang extending from the building.
Each space includes power hookups and access to premium amenities, which include a wash station, waste repository and trash removal services.
Located at 10900 Lee Mar Lake Court in Fort Myers, Pine Ridge RV & Boat Storage will offer protection through a security system with 24/7 camera surveillance, as well as a gated entry and onsite property manager during business hours.
The project’s architect is Southview Studios and general contractor is Brooks and Freund. Completion is expected in early 2021.
