Global technology supplier Furrion added three new hires to the company’s Elkhart, Indiana, office.

Furrion co-founder and CEO Aaron Fidler said the additions will help manage the company’s “tremendous growth” in 2020.

“To ensure we provide the first-rate service we are known for in the industry, we are growing our sales and sales support teams,” Fidler said. “These new hires are the first of many to ensure our customers have access to the latest innovations to help them grow their businesses.”

Luke Shyposki will join the company as inside sales representative, responsible for educating and supporting manufacturers outside the Elkhart County area.

“I could not have picked a better company to begin the next chapter of my career with the RV industry,” Shyposki said. “It is clear that this is a dynamic time with a lot of evolution and change in this industry, and I believe my fresh perspective can help generate positive growth. I am looking forward to working closely with our customers to find dynamic solutions for their unique needs.”

Furrion’s new OE account manager will be Brad Myers, who will support Elkhart manufacturers with new product and feature announcements.

“I look forward to working with the Furrion team and to offer OEMs a wide variety of quality, innovative products that will add value to their RVs,” Myers said. “Using my experience and relationships within the RV industry, I hope to help grow Furrion’s market share as a supplier of high-end quality products for the industry.”

Halle Edmister will join the company’s sales services team as order entry specialist. While not directly consumer-facing, Furrion stated, Edmister and the sales team are responsible for keeping everything running on time.

“I am excited for the new dynamic of this team and the support from leadership to achieve my professional goals,” Edmister said.

“Furrion is fortunate to have such incredible talent on our team in Elkhart,” Fidler said. “With the growth we experienced in 2020, we wanted to ensure our teams have the best support and leadership going into 2021.”
