RV garages are a major selling point at a newly built California community. Richmond American Homes of California is beginning to show brand-new model homes at Seasons at Thoroughbred Acres (RichmondAmerican.com/ThoroughbredAcres) in Olivehurst, California. The neighborhood is the first in the Sacramento area to offer the UltraGarage, an attached, extra-tall garage designed to house a wide range of vehicles, including boats and RVs — including most Type A motorhomes, the company said.
Homes in Seasons at Thoroughbred Acres have base prices in the mid-$300s. They have ranch and two-story floor plans, including two home floor plans with RV garages.
