Colonial Airstream and RV of Millstone Township, New Jersey, and Solutions Into Motion, the parent company of WhereSafe GPS, entered a partnership.
The partnership provides Colonial the ability to sell the WhereSafe real-time GPS trackers and mobile app to RV customers. The partnership was announced at the first annual The Next Adventure Sales Event recently held at the Colonial Airstream facility in Millstone New Jersey.
The GPS trackers will be pre-installed in new Colonial Airstream, Winnebago or used inventory and offered to customers separate over the parts counter.
Conrad Galambos, Solutions Into Motion president, said the company entered discussions knowing Colonial Airstream is one of the largest Airstream dealerships in the world.
“That fact alone had us very keen on figuring out ways to make this partnership work,” Galambos said.
WhereSafe GPS system uses real-time tracking and SMS-based location by request services. It keeps the consumer in constant contact with a tracker to provide updates if a set parameter has been violated. Parameters can include speed, geographic areas, night driving and tamper detection.
