Hospitality Workshop Planned at RVIA Leadership Conference

RVIA’s 2026 Leadership Conference will feature Blake Michelle Morgan among its speakers.

RVIA said industries are recognizing that hospitality is a strategic advantage. RVIA said Morgan is among the world’s leading voices on customer experience.

Morgan is the author of “The 8 Laws of Customer-Focused Leadership: New Rules for Building Business Around Today’s Customer.”

Morgan has been dubbed “The Queen of CX” after helping organizations build cultures that put the customer first. Her presentation at the Leadership Conference will explore how hospitality-driven leadership creates loyalty, strengthens relationships and differentiates organizations in a competitive market.

RVIA said Morgan’s lessons are especially important when customers expect more ease, more empathy and more authenticity.

Attendees will learn how a hospitality mindset improves the consumer journey and reduces friction across the entire RV ecosystem. RVIA said by focusing on hospitality, the RV industry can elevate experiences, build long-term trust and meet customer expectations.

The Leadership Conference is March 10-12, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort in Cedar Creek, Texas.
