RV supplier Icon Technologies is getting ready to roll out its Preferred Dealer Partner Program through ICONDirect.com.

Icon Head of Business Development Mike Franz said the program is not yet live, but the company is inviting the first 100 interested dealers to secure early access through the Founder’s Club.

“This is a pre-launch opportunity,” Franz said. “We are building something designed to help dealerships sell more effectively and improve margins—and we want our first 100 partners locked in before we go public with the full release.”

The company said Founders Club selections will receive the complete partner package free when the program formally launches.

Icon said the company has long supported dealers with high-quality replacement parts when OEM options are delayed or unavailable.

“The upcoming Preferred Dealer Partner Program expands that support beyond product availability,” the company said. “The platform centers on structured training and in-store enablement tools designed to help dealerships.”

Training topics include increasing parts and upgrade revenue, improving used RV reconditioning margins and using QR tools to simplify orders.

“This is not just about selling Icon parts,” Franz said. “It is about teaching teams how to sell better, period. The framework applies across the entire sales floor.”

When the program launches, Founders Club dealers will receive full access to sales process training, product academy, an in-store merchandising package and priority support.

Icon Marketing Manager Jordan Martindale said after the initial enrollment group is finalized and the program goes live, the Preferred Dealer Partner Program will transition into a paid partner offering.

“We are intentionally starting with a controlled group,” Martindale said. “We want strong founding partners who recognize that training, process and product knowledge are competitive advantages.”

The company said RV dealer personnel should expect to receive an Icon email invitation soon.

Dealers can register online.
