Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS) launched its 2026 RV Dealer Industry Trends Report. The report provides insights into how RV dealers across North America are navigating today’s changing market.

IDS General Manager Frank Tamburrini said the 2026 report reveals top-performing dealerships’ adaptability in today’s market.

“Despite the challenges, dealers are proving remarkably resilient,” Tamburrini said. “They are embracing technology, leveraging data and focusing on strengthening relationships with their customers, OEMs and technology providers to drive growth. This report highlights the innovative ways dealerships are positioning themselves for long-term success.”

IDS said among the takeaways from the survey are how dealers are using AI to boost efficiency and improve customer experience. The report examines technology’s role in streamlining processes and dealers’ cybersecurity sentiments.

IDS said the report outlines three pillars for success today: connection, simplification and growth.

The report defines connection as building stronger relationships with customers, manufacturers and technology providers.

The report said simplification is the streamlining of operations through data, analytics and automation.

The report defines growth as turning challenges into opportunities, leading to long-term success.

“Dealers who embrace these principles, powered by analytics, a digital transformation mindset and a renewed focus on community,” Tamburrini said, “will not only endure but thrive in the years ahead.”

Among the areas dealers predicted will be the biggest 2026 trends are younger families, customer engagement, AI, towable RVs, RV sharing and dealer management.
