Jayco Launches Lead Management System

Jayco is launching its lead management platform, Aimbase, to provide real-time engagement information for Jayco, Entegra Coach and Starcraft RV leads.

Powered by marketing technology provider Rollick, the Aimbase platform will deliver qualified leads to dealers, provide automated communications and offer “robust” analytics to measure and boost performance.

“The launch of the new lead management system is another step we have taken to elevate the experience of our dealers and ultimately future owners of our units,” Jayco Director of Corporate Marketing Trey Miller said.

In addition, Aimbase will provide opportunity for dealers to have leads sent directly to their existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The platform offers integrations with 24 widely-used CRM systems in the industry.

“We have found that this system can help dealers to have deeper conversations with potential buyers, as well as understanding the engagement level of each lead and how likely they are to purchase,” Miller said. “The CRM integration works hand in hand to streamline the experience for customers and how quickly and effectively they receive responses. This is yet another key initiative in Jayco’s commitment to exemplary customer satisfaction.”
