Camper and teardrop trailer manufacturer nuCamp RV recently created a new role in the company meant to improve its dealer and customer experience.
The Sugarcreek, Ohio company promoted John Sanate to the newly established position as director of customer experience. Sanate will focus on the company’s relationship with its dealer and consumer markets, managing five groups with specific goals.
“This is an amazing opportunity to bring consistency to our company and in turn create a seamless and desirable interaction for our trailer owners,” said Sanate. “Our nuCamp family increases exponentially every year and the work we’ll do to care of our owners, put their needs above our own and always ‘do the right thing’ will help to achieve continued growth and recognition in an increasingly competitive marketplace.”
In this new role, Sanate will manage five teams: Customer Service, Reception, Warranty, Parts, and Repair, partnering with Nathan Wagler, nuCamp Chief Operating Officer, to improve customer interaction.
“John brings an extreme degree of passion and valuable experience to our family,” said Scott Hubble, nuCamp CEO. “He has a level of dedication that is frankly unparalleled. When you combine that with his track record of customer-centric problem-solving, we are confident that he will put nuCamp in a stronger position than ever before. John models our core values to the tilt and he will be central in implementing our strategic vision and further strengthening our focus on providing superior and unparalleled customer service.”
Sanate joined nuCamp in 2016, working in sales and customer service. His prior years of experience in customer service, marketing and merchandising at major corporations lead to this new role with a focus on customer satisfaction.
