NCM Associates Senior Advisor John Spader will host “Beat the Market, Shape Your Future” on Nov. 12 at the RVDA Convention/Expo.
During the workshop, RVDA said Spader will discuss proven models, strategies and systems top-performing dealerships use to succeed.
The session will be from 4:15-5:15 p.m. as part of the dealer/GM education track of workshops.
RVDA said attendees can expect to learn strategies for establishing employee roles and building an organizational structure that drives lasting success.
Spader will discuss obtaining and retaining quality employees and creating a successful business model.
Spader is one of the primary instructors of NCM Associates’ Total Management Workshop. He is a regular RVDA speaker. He is also an NCM 20 Group facilitator.
The RVDA Convention is next week at Paris Las Vegas.
