Keystone RV has two new general managers. One GM was hired from outside the company. One GM was a familiar face, promoted from within.

Cody Schade, the product manager of Forest River’s No Boundaries, r-Pod and Ibex brands for more than 17 years, has been named the general manager of Keystone RV’s Bullet and Passport brands.

Jeff Rank, who spent a decade with Keystone RV building the Montana and Cougar brands, has been promoted to the general manager of Keystone RV’s Hideout and Springdale brands.

Rank returned to Keystone RV in 2021 after 11 years with Forest River’s Prime Time Manufacturing. Rank has worked with Keystone RV’s Arcadia fifth wheel brand since his return.

Vice President of Sales, Josh Miller said, “We are, and always have been, committed to offering our dealers leading brands in every segment. Springdale, Hideout, Passport and Bullet are already strong volume performers. We are more than excited about their continued evolution under the leadership of Cody and Jeff.”

Schade’s No Boundaries brand won 2022 and 2023 RV News awards for best new RV in its category. He is an avid camper and Keystone RV said he has a passion for producing the most capable, reliable, value-based products for outdoor enthusiasts.

“Over 15 years in the making, Passport and Bullet have instrumentally carved a path in the lightweight segment that many other brands have used for their roadmap,” Schade said. “With such a solid foundation from which to start, I am honored to be leading our teams toward new innovations, while still capturing the spirit of these brands and their successful and tenured history.”

Keystone RV said Rank and Schade are respected product design leaders, tapped to oversee the manufacturer’s ultra-light and conventionally built travel trailer lines.

Rank said, “It is like I was just chosen to be the coach of a playoff team. These are solid brands. I just have the opportunity to move them further ahead.”
