Lance Camper Names New GM, Sales Director

Lance Camper put new leadership in place with the hiring of Hector Flores and promotion of Gary Conley.

Flores is the RV manufacturer’s new vice president and general manager. He joins Lance Camper’s parent company, Rev Group, from Horizon Global. Flores was the vice president of global operations for Europe and South Africa at Horizon Global.

“Along with Hector’s proven business growth success in rapid-change environments,” said Mike Lanciotti, president of Rev Recreation Group, “he is focused on ensuring a safety-first, quality-focused, continuous-improvement culture.”

Flores also served as global vice president for Certus Automotive among many director leadership roles in manufacturing in his career.

Conley is Lance Camper’s new director of sales and marketing, reporting to Flores. In Conley’s 40-year Lance Camper career, his roles included national sales manager, purchasing manager, vice president and general manager. Conley also has led the sales team.
