Jim Waters will be Lance Camper Mfg. Corp.’s new marketing manager. He will manage Lance’s advertising, publicizing, and promotional activities.
Waters will report to Gary Conley, who was named Lance director of sales and marketing in January.
Waters began working for Lance Camper in 2015. He started as a freelance social media manager, then spent five years as marketing coordinator. Most recently, he worked nearly three years as a regional sales manager.
“I could not be happier to continue my professional journey with Lance,” Waters said. “I believe that my combined experience in various roles with the company has prepared me nicely to lead our marketing efforts. I am passionate about the industry, our product and look forward to raising awareness of Lance’s offering.”
Conely said Lance Camper provides opportunities for team members to grow within the company.
“Jim is a great example of taking the time,” Conely said, “to learn the business and be promoted along the way.”
Lance Camper was founded in 1965 and is headquartered in Lancaster, California. The company also has a manufacturing facility in Decatur, Indiana. The company is a subsidiary of Rev Group, Inc.
