Lazydays completed its acquisition of Longmont, Colorado-based Century RV.

Century RV is located about 35 minutes north of Denver. Lazydays said the acquisition will strengthen the dealership’s presence in the Denver market.

The store has been renamed Lazydays RV of Denver at Longmont. Lazydays expects the location to bring in about $50 million in annual revenue.

“With its rich history in the Denver market, Lazydays is well-prepared to cater to the diverse RV needs of this region,” Lazydays said.

The dealership group said by acquiring Century RV and its employees, Lazydays wants to bring more convenience, choice, and top-tier RV options to Colorado customers.

“Lazydays would also like to thank the sellers, Steve and Maggie Hatanaka,” the company said, “for their efforts in making this acquisition incredibly smooth.”
