Lazydays Appoints Independent Board Director

The Lazydays Board of Directors appointed Robert DeVincenzi to be the board’s lead independent director, effective immediately.

“Bob’s experiences and abilities make him soundly qualified to take a leadership role on our board,” said William P. Murnane, Lazydays chairman and CEO. “Bob has a high level of integrity, a collaborative approach, an inquisitive mind and intellectual independence, which will make our board and company even better.”

DeVincenzi called the appointment an honor and said he is excited to take the leadership role.

“I look forward to working with Bill and the rest of the board on behalf of Lazydays shareholders,” DeVincenzi said.

DeVincenzi has experience in high technology and services markets. He is the director of Redflex Holding Limited and previously was president and CEO. The company focuses on road, vehicle and pedestrian safety products and services. DeVincenzi serves as Universal Technical Institute’s chairman of the board.

DeVincenzi received a Master of Arts from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from California State University, San Luis Obispo.
