Lazydays named Amber Dillard to the position of vice president of operations.
In her new role, Dillard will continue to collaborate with general managers to drive operational performance and expand Lazydays’ store network.
Dillard’s new position is effective immediately and she will report to Lazydays CEO John North.
Dillard joined the organization’s accounting department in 2011. She brought experience in internal auditing from her work in public and non-profit accounting to Lazydays
Dillard transitioned to the supply chain team, where she became directly involved in operations. She worked in vehicle purchasing and inventory management, partnering with OEMs to further relationships and supporting general managers across all dealership operations.
Dillard is additionally on the Lazydays Employee Foundation Board, which contributes to at-risk children in the communities Lazydays serves.
Additionally, Dillard was an RVIA 40 under 40 award winner in 2017.
