Lazydays Holdings to Acquire Tennessee Dealership

Lazydays Holdings signed an agreement to acquire Knoxville, Tennessee-based Chilhowee RV Center.

Chilhowee RV Center has operated under the same family ownership for more than 53 years. It is a short drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which Lazydays noted in the most visited U.S. national park.

“We are extremely pleased to announce the acquisition of Chilhowee RV Center as we continue to execute our geographic expansion strategy,” Chairman and CEO William P. Murnane said.

Chilhowee RV Center has been in business since 1964. Its 12-acre lot includes 18 service bays. Chilhowee stated it employs more than 45 staff and carries 275 units in stock.

The acquisition is expected to finalize in 30 to 60 days.

Lazydays currently operates 11 dealerships and one service center throughout the U.S.
