Lazydays acquired its first dealership since John North was named company CEO in the summer of 2022.

Lazydays acquired Findlay RV, based in Las Vegas. Lazydays said the store’s strategic location borders four of the top 15 RV market states and would complement the dealership’s Arizona dealerships.

Lazydays has stores in Mesa and Tucson, Arizona.

The acquisition is the company’s first since May 2022, when Lazydays announced it would buy Oklahoma-based Dave’s Claremore RV.

With the acquisition, Lazydays said it would carry Tiffin’s RV line in Las Vegas along with an existing lineup consisting of Coachmen, Forest River and Winnebago RVs.

The store is expected to add $40 million in annualized revenue, Lazydays said. The dealership group has 19 locations in 12 states nationwide.
